"Venus" is an electronic dance music (EDM) track produced by British DJ and producer Paul Oakenfold. The song was originally given to American rapper and singer Azealia Banks around 2012–2013 to record her vocals. It debuted on Oakenfold's official SoundCloud page on July 17, 2013.^[1]

Two versions of the song were released: the Ibiza Edition and the original version. Banks first posted the Ibiza Edition on her official SoundCloud page, which has a duration of five minutes.^[2] On the 28th of the same month, DJ BL3ND posted his remix on SoundCloud, commenting that it would be a ''song soon to be released.''^[3]
