The song was going to be used as a third single from their debut album but was discarded by Chasing Time.
After several teasers in 2018, on March 20 of the same year she published the official video for the track, the reason why she decided to get an official video after quite some time is unknown.

Azealia stated through her twitter account that the track was about self-medicating[1].
