Feuds with Azealia Banks[]
Azealia Banks raised her voice to refute the accusations of sexual and psychological rape made by Kesha towards her producer and manager Dr. Luke (Producer who also produced Treasure Island), although Kesha never responded to Banks' attacks, Azealia continued to refute her position until November 19, 2019 (When she decides to filter the acapella of her verse with Kim Petras, song also produced by Dr. Luke). Azealia clarifies that until then she doubted the truthfulness of Dr. Luke's argument because he was surrounded by people who were also accused of sexual and psychological abuse (Jesse Saint John).
Azealia previously accused Dr. Luke of wanting to charge more than 50% of the profits that the track, Treasure Island, produced at the time, so she encouraged fans to download it illegally. However, she always maintained a supportive position towards the producer. Months later, Azealia shared endless images that Kesha fans shared with her on their Instagram stories clarifying that she had no idea about it and that she apologized for having said what she said.
